What’s the difference between silicone wristband and rubber wristband?
Silicone Wristband refer to the bracelet made of 100% silicone. Rubber wristband can be silicone wristband or pvc band. In custom promotional cases, when some clients say rubber wristbands that always means they need silicone wristband. Is your material safe?
Yes, the material we used is in food grade(we can use the medial grade for sure, but the costs is higher, that’s why most of our client choose the food grade). It’s Latex Free.

We have a firm event date for this wristband, how can you make it happen?
We can make a virtual proof for you within hours. As soon as the virtual proof is approved, we will process the mass production directly and skip the custom sample stage. At the same time, we will have the factory make the rush service for us. We can have 100K pieces wristband made within 5 business days. In order to meet the in hand date, we will use the FedEx International Priority Service. The turnaround time for FedEx IP service is 2-3 business days(it’s longer after the pandamic)
How should I design our wristband?
We can have your text or slogan made on the wristband. It will be perfect if you can share with us the logo artwork, we will make the virtual proof for your confirmation. We will not process the mass production until the virtual proof was confirmed. If you have any question or problem in creating the artwork, just tell us your ideas or wonderings, we will do our best to meet your request.
I do not have the international business experience, how can I arrange the international shipping, tariff. etc issues?
Please don’t worry about this issues. We will carry all this issue. All you need do is put all your energy on servicing your clients and ready to sign for the shipment. We can be one of your sourcing hand in China.
What's Your Turnaround Time?
Generally, we need 1 day for virtual proof, 2-3 days for custom sample making, 5-7 days for mass production & another 5-7 days for air shipping to you. This is just a estimated one, Rush Service is available.
Which Packing Options Do You Have?
For inner packing: generally, 100 pieces each poly bag, we can use the individual poly bag for a wristband, imprint insert card is available. Other custom packing available. For outside packing: we use the carton box. To make sure the cargo is good.
