  • Sewn Finishing / Stitched Finishing as you can read from the word, it by handman machine which the quality is very good. Generally, the bag can carry the weight more than 30 lbs)
  • We can use the diffent color option as piping to present your idea.
  • Bottom and gusset available for this finishing.

Material Details

Non – Woven Fabric: Most popupar weight for this one is  80 gsm / 100 gsm / 120 gsm and 150 gsm.

  • GSM: Gram Per Square Mater: it’s based on the metric unit. 
  • Ounce by imperial unit: 5 oz means 5 oz weigh per Square Yard.
  • 1 oz = 28.35 gram
  • 1 yard = 3 ft = 0.9144 meter
  • 1 square yard = 0.9144 meter x 0.9144 meter = 0.836 square meter.
  • 1 oz /qaure yard = 28.35 gram / 0.836 quare mater = 33.9 gram/square meter.

That’s to day the popular weight for the non-woven material are  80 gsm (2.36 oz); 100 gsm(3 oz), 120 gsm (3.5oz) 150gsm(4.4oz)

 

Laminated Coating Non-woven fabric.

We have the Gross Finishing and Matt Finishing for the coating.

Generlly the coating is around 25 gsm, for example, 100 gsm non-woven fabric + Full color impirnt laminated Coating, the final weight is approx 145 gsm which is prety good quality.
