Artwork Requirements - Custom Promotional Products Supplier

As we know, the imprint is one of most great significance part for custom promotional products. In order to make sure your imprint is good enough, please take care of the instructions below:

Mac or PC based workstation is good.
Adobe Illustrator – CC or lower
Photoshop – All EPS, TIFF, JPEG files (layered if possible) They must be 600 dpi or higher at 100% of final size or larger.
Compression: Please use Zip.
Artwork can be submitted via E-Mail.(You can share your file via Box/DropBox/Google Drive… if the file is too large to sent by email)

Embroidery / Woven

.pst file is available
.ai/.pdf/.eps format is available.

Silkscreen Printing / Spot Solid Color

Please mark the Pantone Solid Coated Color for each color.(Example: PMS 186C Red)

Digital Imprint / Gradient Colors

Digital imprint is also known as CMYK Printing(C: Cyan; M: Magenta, Y: Yellow; K: Key/Black)). The combination of 4 colors creates all different colors. Usually, the products color/imprint base color is in white.

Generally, the printer will get the CMYK rate from the file directly. If you have high demanding on the specific color, we prefer you can share your CMYK breakdown(example: C11 M50 Y41 K25).However, we cannot guarantee an exact Pantone match since we do not have a Pantone Book for CMYK.

We can make a pre-production sample for your approval if you can not confirm the imprint color.
